Discussion facilitated by Christina Rowntree
Christina will open the discussion with a few examples of Australian music she has accessed across a range of genres. She will then guide a discussion on music selection for different contexts. This will be a practical conversation circle for resource sharing of Australian music you have found suitable for labyrinth walks. We are interested in instrumental, orchestral, vocal, choral, and ambient music to build up a resource list. We might touch on soundscapes too.
Let’s also begin to build a searchable database of musicians who have experience supporting labyrinth walks live. Obviously, they will need to agree to be listed and provide contact details. Come ready to share your suggestions in our collaborative afternoon.
