home-grown messy labyrinth walk

Join Joy Bowles in her garden and see what a three-path mown grass labyrinth feels like. Joy will take you down the garden path, and we'll focus on "putting our whole selves in" and also on what brings us delight.

We'll then have a round-the-circle sharing of what these themes evoke in us, and share what our "next steps" might be for the coming month.

Joy Bowles has been with the ALN since its start, and did her Veriditas Facilitator training in Sydney in 2015. The labyrinth she caused in Armidale's Civic Park is appreciated by many, and she walks on the last Sunday of the month, full moon, solstices and equinoxes. She finds labyrinth analogies and metaphors often suggest themselves in other areas of her life (work, relationships, spirituality) - perhaps there is really no other Way!?
